These are heavy parcels of low-priced items so I can not accept the cost of you returning them. Sorry to say, except for exceptional circumstances returns or refunds are not possible. I have been dealing in football magazines for well over 25 years and I think I understand the needs of this market and so you should be able to trust my judgment on quality & value. Having said that mistakes are easy when handling & storing 1000s of magazines so feel free to contact me if you have a major issue and I'm sure we can work something out to your satisfaction.

ITEMS NOT DELIVERED (in the unlikely event)

Once you place an order, the item is picked from storage and packed well, and then a postage label is generated from the address details you entered when placing your order. These details are not checked, it's up to you to ensure this is correct and that you will be in to accept the parcel. The parcel is then handed to the delivery service who have control over when or how your parcel is delivered. You rely on the postal services doing the job they are paid for in the time they state on payment.

Different postal services have different ways of dealing with lost items. If you report a lost item it will be dealt with within the postal service's terms and conditions. As a result, refunds for items reported lost in delivery are restricted to the amount claimed by the postal service. The time this may take is also reliant on the terms & conditions of the postal service. For example: Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until ten working days "any day which is not a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday" has passed. If the postal service couldn't deliver your parcel and still retain it they may ask for an additional payment to return and try again, I will not bear this cost. So if you want the items you may have to pay them or they will dispose of them after some time.
